0CI am trying to resurrect a S2600CO that stopped booting yesterday.
I have followed the instructions from http://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-3064 but have not been able to get BIOS recovery to work on the sick S2600CO. I get a blank screen, diagnostic LED pattern of 0xf9 (undocumented in http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s2600co/sb/g42278004_s2600co_tps_r1_2.pdf, but seems to be related to BIOS recovery), 2 beeps (going into BIOS Recovery) followed by 4 beeps (BIOS recovery failed). I am using Intel BIOS 1.04. In my late attempt, I created a USB flash drive with the following files:
fvmain.fv - downloaded from Bios Recovery on new Intel Server Boards like S5500BC, S5500WC, S5520SC & S5520UR
IFlash32.efi
R0061Rec.cap
Startup.nsh
Do you have any idea what I am going wrong?
