I just downloaded the RAID simulator for Intel® Rapid Storage Technology enterprise from the Download Center and installed it on Windows 7 x64 SP1. When I launch it using Run As Administrator (plus I have UAC disabled), I get the following error:
ERROR - "the 'microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine"
If I hit cancel, I get a Microsoft .NET framework error. the details of this are below:

I searched online for a resolution to this but they all related to Microsoft Access 2007 and I am using Office 2013 Pro Plus, so it didn't apply. Any ideas how to fix this?
